I work with adult clients around the world, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and develop personalised strategies that make day-to-day life and long-term goals more manageable. 

Sessions are flexible, held via video call or in person if preferred.

Coaching is a collaborative, practical way to create positive change in your life–especially when you’re looking for support around neurodivergence, communication, career planning, wellbeing, or managing stress and overwhelm.

Following an introductory session, I will work with you to identify the desired outcomes from any coaching session.
